How many hotels belong to the Welldone Hotels chain?
Currently, we have 5 hotels. Welldone Cathedral, Welldone Quality-Crystal Pool, Welldone Metropol, Welldone Cathedral Suites and Welldone Antiquarium.
Where are the hotels located?
All our hotels are located in the heart of Seville and its historic centre.
What hotels have a swimming pool or jacuzzi?
- Welldone Cathedral, has 2 penthouses with terrace and private pool, these pools are not heated. It also has 1 penthouse with a heated jacuzzi.
- Welldone Quality-Crystal Pool, has 1 common crystal pool for all hotel guests.
- Welldone Metropol, Welldone Cathedral Suites and Welldone Antiquarium do not have a swimming pool or Jacuzzi, but a common or private terrace with a solarium.
Do the hotels have private parking?
We do not have private parking in our hotels since we are in the heart of the city. However, there are public car parks just a few minutes from our locations.
Do you have breakfast in all the hotels?
We have breakfast in the room in all our hotels with a supplement in the price.
Is there a 24-hour reception?
- Welldone Quality-Crystal Pool and Welldone Antiquarium, have a 24-hour reception.
- Welldone Cathedral, Welldone Cathedral Suites and Welldone Metropol do not have 24-hour reception, but we are always available by phone or WhatsApp to assist you when you need it. We will also be at reception when you check in.
Can I travel with a pet?
Pets are not allowed in our establishments.
What time is check in and check out?
- Check in is at 2:00 p.m.
- Check out is at 11:00 hours.
We will always attend to our guests upon arrival and will store their bags in case their room is not ready yet.
How are the hotels accessed?
Our hotels have a modern code system.
Is smoking allowed?
Welldone Hotels are smoke-free spaces.
